This clinic is the most incredible public service ever. The staff here treat everyone with so so much respect, dignity, patience and kindness. I trust and appreciate this clinic fully, they are doing amazing work here. I can't thank them enough.
The staff here are so lovely, everyone i came across from reception to nurses were polite, talkative and kind which is few and far between in NHS services. 100% would recommend services provided by them and having my implant removal was completely pain free. People who obviously enjoy their work and team!
All staff were excellent and professional. 'Paula' was lovely to talk to, she has outstanding communication skills and provided a positive experience for my girlfriend. - Thank you
