I have been a tenant with S&B for the last 18 months. I have paid my rent on time and kept the property in immaculate condition. However over the last month I have been left with no hot water in my property. My property manager Lauren Doran has washed her hands of the issue and said she is unable to help in any way. Lack of professionalism.
Highly recommended. The whole Stack and Bonner team were great - professional, responsive and friendly. For our recent flat sale, thanks to Jane for going beyond the call of duty to help us manage viewings around our young family, and to Richard for his dedication and great communication in completing the sale process. We decided to use Stack and Bonner after a great experience with Andy when we bought the property.
After my reviewed , I found there must be an error from the single stars reviewer , what I think is must be some miss understanding , or the staff is changed , from my deal with my purchase, they are helpful, patient and trying to reach your interest . They are always there for you .Responsible and professional , is a good team work . However is nice to know your feeling why is that,how your customer roght is right cheers👍
