St. Winefrides is a real home from home where the residents are looked after exceptionally well. The care is outstanding, and when you visit, you feel as though you are visiting one large, happy family who are very welcoming of everybody. The food is amazing, they do lots of different activities and have fantastic acts, singers etc. regularly come in from outside. Our mother recently passed away, but the care that she had was amazing. Thank you to everyone at St. Winefrides ❤️ xx
Mum has been so happy at Winefrides, she thinks she's on holiday, and in the early days on one visit asked me if she could stay on holiday longer. The care is outstanding for all needs, but what is so important and impressive are the activities, playing games every day and the entertainment. when Mum first went in she loved to dance, music is so important when the mind deteriorates with dementia and keeping active, and although Mum has now deteriorated she still enjoys music, games and activities and feels so loved by the wo... read more
