Have waited an hour for the pharmacy make zometa... they are not very quick here. The infusion should take 20min
so st.vincents had the nerve to charge us $1,400 for my daughters broken arm exam. Just the exam, not even talking about X-rays or casting. They billed under a out of network doctor AFTER I confirmed their facility was covered under our insurance! Told them they should have told me that ONE doctor out of 6 wasn't covered and they said "not our problem" so basically you get approved to see someone, make an appt then roll the dice of that doctor who happens to come in is covered. Talk about annoying phone calls! If I get one more call reminding me the construction on Meridian I may just scream. Just flat out annoying! And your online patient portal doesn't work at all. I was also told your paperless billing doesn't work either. Get it together already!
Please either allow online bill pay or answer your phone. I've been on hold for over 15 minutes twice today, trying to pay my bill with my HSA acct.
