We love the medical staff. Housekeeping is terrible! We were there 6 months, so I know for a fact housekeeping was terrible! It may not apply to all housekeeping staff.

Please take a look at your phone system, it is unreasonabale to ask someone to wait over 15 minutes to talk to a representative. Dr. Sears office was suppose to fax an order for a mammogram to the St. Vincent Breast Center. One day before the scheduled appt. at the Breast Center they called to say they didn't receive the order and the appt. was cancelled. They said they would request it again and then reschedule. They never called to reschedule. The patient then spent 15 minutes on hold trying to get someone at Dr. Sears off... read more
