Making ex rays of a patient that is deceased. And being unable to explain what they ex rayed. Not getting a call back from them on the bill. Being told we can't get the ex ray that was supposedly preformed.
After being assessed in the ER I was transferred to the Critical Decision Unit.A new unit that is just what the Dr. and patient recommended.Thanks for the skilled and compassionate care from St Thomas and the wonderful team from St.Louise.Grateful to God and my care team!
I always try to avoid this hospital and was another confirmation of why. We show up for my wife's surgery and the older lady working the desk at the Lab locked herself out of the computer, sent my wife's paperwork off with someone else, and then couldn't find her orders. Not a vote of confidence while my wife's nerves were shot already and then this. Will definitely try to convince her to go elsewhere next time.
Family member went to ER at recommendation of walk-in clinic afraid possible stroke. ER was ok, got CT done quickly. They admitted and said need to do MRI to confirm stroke due to what CT revealed - not sure why didn't just do the MRI in the ER. Each doc said the MRI was ordered and would be done the next day (July 4). July 4 nurses can't get anyone in MRI to answer phones. This hospital is the biggest joke my wife gave birth on 14th still in the hospital my wife has been in pain has had problems since birth the doctors haven’t checked on my wife Iv done everything to keep proper care for my wife and as far as my daughters concern some have been some have been crap nurses there some that are good and some are shit by far the worst experience.
We have already switched most of our family to Erlanger medical and after the way Michelle waited for over 20 minutes after she asked them to help her to the rest room we shall be getting her switched over to the Erlanger medical instead of the saint Thomas health group after this... FYI after a long time waiting she got up and carried her own I.V. to use the bathroom... Keep in mind that she has had to take laxatives for the past two days that they had her on just for the procedure she's here for today... As I'm typing this... read more
I was in ER and had to be admitted overnight for more tests. They lost my urine sample twice. When they transferred me to the room it was around 3 O’CLOCK. I was in the hospital since morning and was very hungry. When asked for food they said the kitchen is closed!! When they finally brought dinner it is a cold , stale, dried pizza! Worst food ever had in the hospital! Very disappointed...
Seriously disappointed with this emergency room today. The fact that the Bathroom was disgusting is an example of the care received by the staff.
