Took 3 weeks to get an appointment. After waiting that long. The appointment was cancelled with a rebook link, rebooked for another two weeks of wait, finally, the appointment was cancelled that very day to rebook for another 3 weeks wait . When I called to complain, I was told they can’t control staffs illness . Bearing in mind, my daughter also had an appointment and it was cancelled twice as well. Where’s the hope

I have been part of the AMP for two years and was very wary because of previous reviews. However I can not fault the three AMP surgeries and the systems in place and have always found staff friendly, caring and helpful and trying to do their very best in a very pressured environment. Thank you to everyone that works together to make me feel safe and supported.

Moved here from Kingsnorth Medical Practice who cancelled my prescriptions against expert advice and are currently investigation by the General Medical Council and Integrated Care Board. AMP haven't been perfect, their triage system is frustrating and it's very difficult to communicate with a doctor and their medications team is a nameless entity currently interferring with my prescriptions, but they're a step above Kingsnorth Medical Practice in that they're not violating signed agreements.

so far so good, there was a random case where they gave me wrong prescription dose but apart from that no complaints.
