The boiler servicing was superb. The engineer was knowledgeable, thorough, and very polite. He explained everything clearly and made sure the system was running efficiently.
Our stopcock wouldn’t turn and we couldn’t shut off the water. Replaced it quickly and showed us how to use it properly.
