Darren and his team were professional from first contact. The sales visit had no wasted time with scripted talk and cutaway samples like the nationwide brands. Darren eye balled the windows and doors and gave advice on types of glass and came back within 2 days with a full quote. No hard sale. As a family run business they rely on recommendations and word of mouth but funnily enough Google took me to their page and i had no issues during the whole process. Very good.
We ordered 2 sets of 3 bi-fold doors in 2020 following a kitchen / diner re-design and paid extra (quite a bit!) for the inclusion of integral blinds. We have been very disappointed with the result. The first issue was the first attempt by St Neots Home Improvements to fit the doors, they arrived with the frames which contained no glass or blinds.
