RecommendedWe have lived here almost 9 months and love it! The staff is friendly and accommodating and maintenance is prompt. The amenities are great... especially the SALT WATER pool! I can not stand the smell of chlorine and what it does to my skin. I love relaxing on our balcony with coffee or wine! And you can not beat this location! Yoga and kettle bell classes across the street, Starbucks a couple blocks away, plus only a few blocks to all the action on Glenwood Ave., but far enough away for none of the noise! I moved into St Marys about 8 months ago and have lived in many other apartments around Raleigh. I love living here, the amenities are great, maintenance is fast, their floor plan options are very open and warm, and the location is ideal! Would highly recommend!
I love my new place- a studio at St Mary's. The layout is great, high ceilings, a lot of storage, full appliances in the kitchen, ceiling fans, and a nice size balcony. I moved in 1 month ago and they have been great about maintenance requests and move in process was easy. Excited to use the pool and other outdoor activities. Staff is very friendly and available.
I’ve lived here for about 7 months now. Started at a 1 bedroom and just recently upgraded to a 2BR. I absolutely love the staff and all the amenities. I have a dog and she loves the dog park here! Transferring to a bigger apartment was so easy as well. I can’t wait for summertime so I can hang out by the pool again!
This apartment complex has character. I've been in most apartments across Raleigh similar to St. Mary's; there is a clear attention to detail here that sets it apart from the rest! Unique amenities (outdoor television by the saltwater pool?), 18' ceilings, perfect location (downtown, yet set far back enough to be quiet), helpful staff, and reasonable rent make it a prime place to live.

Great apartment complex, location, and style. Good people living here too. The managers Sherry and Amy are kind and helpful and all staff is supportive. Recommend!
Amazing place to live in downtown Raleigh. The amenities are top notch, and the staff are very helpful. I have no plans to rent elsewhere while living in Raleigh.
