Excellent experience - GP extremely helpful, slight wait, but good services in a quiet environment with free parking.
Truly awful. Staff here want you to give up on yourself. When you phone them up, you'll be on hold for 30+mins, get transferred to 3 different people and when you get through, they won't listen to what you have to say. You'll be lucky if you get to speak to a real person for more than 30 seconds! This place basically has a toxic culture. My experience with this clinic has been absolutely awful from the very beginning. My appointment was scheduled for 8:30 a.m., and I arrived earlier, around 8:20. At about 8:45, a man walked into the clinic carrying a suitcase and a stack of documents, appearing completely disorganised and unprepared. Tried to make an e consult but no option relevant to me. Spoke to a receptionist who laughed at me after explaining my request. Blood test for prostate problems. She then lied to me to get me off the phone. Truly disgusted and dread to think how many men have suffered because of this woman.
I saw Dr Christine Samuel and she went above and beyond to sort out my problem. A very lovely lady.
