Contacted by dr regarding high blood pressure, was asked to carry out one week,morning and evening blood pressure tests which I did, I returned the results in person to the surgery, three weeks later I contacted surgery and was told they did not have my readings,the readings were high,but clearly not important enough to scan onto the system,luckily I have not suffered from a stroke or heart attack,I don’t expect this review to be actioned upon put thought I should make my point,very poor service now they say I can have an ap... read more
Absolutely horrible experience for my pregnant wife. The Doctor and nurse we met were unprofessional,uncompassionate and rude. We left a complaint with the practice manager who after investigating the whole issue came up with no solution or apologies, instead of listening to our issue they just kept supporting their staffs rude behaviour and kept blaming me and my wife for simply following what we were told to do by their colleagues. Stay away from this practice.
My experience was disastrous and landed me in hospital/severe pain and issues due to my prescribed medication being stopped that I've been stable on years that took many careful GP's and Consultants to get right. This was all done without ever being seen in person once. When complaining- it doesn't matter, you have no voice and it isn't escalated at all. Fantastic service. They went the extra mile. Thank you so much. My wife had severe Cystitis and in a lot of pain The receptionist put me on hold for advice and said I should take a urine sample to their surgery in the Pentagon in Boots. My wife got a phone call from a GP within hours with the results & a prescription was sent to our pharmacy. Brilliant Service. Thank you
