A few months ago I fell approx 3-4 feet and landed on my head after a deck collapsed. Had a family member drive me to er 28th severe neck and back pain. Over 2 hours later I still hadn't been seen, I left and went to Charles regional medical center(formerly civista) and within 20 minutes they had me in xray.
I went to the er on sunday night and had to stay for four days. And at ever point of my stay the staff from the doctors (dr harvey) to the cleaning people. Every person made sure that i was as comfy as i could be. Thank all of you. You are the reason my stay went so well.
I delivered my second son here and everyone was wonderful. Also, I can't say enough good things about my ob/gyn Dr. Neal.
Suzanne the receptionist in the Telemetry Dept is a nasty miserable bitch!! She obviously hates her job and takes it out on everyone else. Good luck if you have family in that Dept!!
The ER staff were absolutely incredible. Great job Britney Thompson and Tara Tarleton.
Hate this place!!!!! Seriously! There timing is slow, thier employees are rude, and you waste time just coming here. You are here no less than 4 hours no matter the reason you came in. Then when you get seen noone knows what's going on!!
I think it has to be the slowest unconcerned people I have ever met we have been waiting for over 2 hours and not seen yet Robert is in so much pain we were here Saturday night with just 3 ahead of us and didn't get him in a room until 6 am and didn't see the er room until 1 am you could die they could care less my husband had to go back and have surgery and they were to walk him and that didn't happen then he ask to get a bath and that didn't happen he ask for water and that took 3 hours we have.
