I was in an out in an hr and a half got seen and taken care of as soon as I walked in the door
Terrible experience with slow and rude staff each and every time. How can some medstar hospitals be above and beyond wonderful all day everyday and this one still so terrible. I will be going as high in the hospital and/or government agencies as I can this time. Enough is enough. Can't even talk to the ones in charge there without nasty rudeness. Are people not already stressed enough having to go to the hospital??
Just got home from giving birth to my second son there. The entire birthing staff was amazing to me and my family. They took my 6 year old to get ice cream and snacks and kept saying how funny he was. They treated us great from the minute we arrived until we were in the car leaving. Big thanks once again the the entire birthing unit staff from myself, my fiancé, little Jacob and new baby Christopher Kye 💕
Carpel tunnel surgery on Monday afternoon by Dr. Mike Travis and PA Mark Musket. Great treatment by all concerned with the event. Thank you Lourdes McDonnell, Sharon Van Wormer, Jessica Adams and my interview lady, Donna. Again, thank you for a "job well done"
Words cannot express my gratitude to the nurses and doctors at this hospital. December 12, 2016 my mother passed away in the emergency room here. She had been sick for quite a while. The compassion, and caring disposition of everyone involved in her care from the tech all the way up to the doctor was absolutely amazing. I gave birth to my second son in this hospital years ago as well. Let me just say they treated me like a queen. I just can't say enough good things about St. Mary's hospital. Thank you!!
I was there yesterday to visit a friend. While I was there nurses came in to check on her and she was as comfortable as she could be considering her circumstances. I do have to say though that I myself am a frequent flyer to the hospital. 90% of the time I am treated wonderful by everyone. The other 10% I chalk up to people being overworked in an under staffed facility. It would be nice to increase staff and decrease wait times though.
As usual the wait is a minimum of 3 hours just to be seen. We've been here for 3.5 hours. In the back for over 2 hours and still have not been seen. Worst ER ever. I would give it no stars if it were an option.
Very slow. Needs improvement. Nurses need to improve there job an help instead of talk n the halls while there is patients tht need help n really dirty.
