First off this hospital is understaffed. Second of all all these different docs coming in in as "staff docs" don't speak with each other about the patient. My father was more confused finally leaving than he was going there. No communication and no compassion except for Hailey on the 5th floor. Thank you so much for all your help
I cannot thank the ER, Floor Staff and Resident Doctors for the exceptional and caring way in which I was treated! They were very thorough and comforting. I especially appreciated that my symptoms were taken so seriously, and addressed so promptly! I appreciate how everyone took the time to thoroughly answer my questions. We are so lucky to have such a wonderful facility in our community!!
I just delivered my son three days ago. The nurses were fantastic. All the way from my RNs to the CNAs. A special shout out to Dr. Gautier who was awesome! Great place to deliver your babies.
I waited over 3hrs in emergency room to be seen. The waiting time is horrible.
Had day surgery today and received fantastic care. All the nurses were awesome, friendly, compassionate, and made my stay less stressful and constantly checked on me. Nurse Kate- you rock!! I'm hearing impaired and they had my hearing aids ready for me as I began to wake up, I was worried about that.. Very appreciative of them remembering. My Dr is also a wonderful compassionate woman! That you to everyone at St Mary's MedStar!!
If I could give it a negative rate it would be -10... This place is terrible and the staff is unprofessional and rude...
I am still waiting to see a doctor on the emegency rm after 5 hours. Worst place ever...if I could gicebit negative stars I would...
