SSM is a joke! I was there this past Sunday in severe pain and they acted like I was a drug addict looking for a fix! I will never do business with them or any of their affiliates in the future!
Thanks to my sister Pamela Hallmom who works at SSM St. Mary's Hospital for inviting me, my son & great nephew to the hospitals 110th birthday celebration today. We really had a good time. Thanks for sharing with the Jefferson City community St. Mary's.
Had my first child here, they had a great staff and I love the new maternity ward. Went very smoothly!
Went to the ER overnight in July with my 1-year-old. Staff was friendly and we were in and out in a reasonable amount of time, so I thought all was well until I received the bill. Yes, I realize it's expensive to go to the ER but this bill is nothing short of price gouging. They took her vitals and looked in her ears... That is certainly not worthy of over $500. I assumed they were in network like other St. Mary's physicians are but apparently the ER physicians don't operate in the same insurance network as other physicians ... read more
Amazing Labor and Delivery department! Nurse, Jamie Baker, was outstanding!! I could not have asked for a better one! She went above and beyond for me and my daughter during the time she was born and throughout recovery for me. They also have state-of-the-art equipment and facilities. I would highly recommend SSM St. Mary's! The physicians are excellent and knowledgeable as well! I love Dr. Berendzen!
