Nice big building...thats completely empty and I can see why. When someone spills their coffee in their bed, youd think itd be nice to get the sheets changed.... it only took 12 hours... then when the IV is leaking... maybe they should fix that... but i guess its okay to wait until the NEXT DAY before something is done... Horrible experience!
We have been to St Mary's Hospital with my mother so many times and we have NEVER had a problem but tonight the ER doctor was unbelievable. We have been here since 7:15 pm and he can't make up his mind about where they are going to put my mother. With her history they should know if they are going to admit or not right away. Everyone moves at a snails pace and I am sick of the crap. Nothing should take this long. I am fed up with incompetence from hospitals and their staff. Our nurse Laura was nice.
I just wanted to say the 4th floor staff from techs to nurses to housekeeping are so very nice. They are very compassionate people. There is a certain particular nurse "Alexis" so helpful, kind, caring , considerate and on top of all that an exceptional nurse! LOVE that girl! She is making our situation so much easier.. Thank you...
I went to the ER in crisis. Nobody knew what was wrong with me and the paramedics couldn't help. It turned out I was in acute kidney failure. The doctor's and nurses literally saved my life. They were competent and professional, but also compassionate. The rooms were private and as comfortable as possible. They even had a couch there for visitors. I highly recommend St. Mary's.
Our son was delivered by Dr. Nichols on 11/16/2015, and everyone that helped us was amazing! They were quick to get us in and to make me comfortable. We had a great experience, minus the food if I’m being honest. I would definitely recommend the OB ward; I've heard great things about the other departments too. It's our Hospital of choice. Thanks SSM Health!
