My first nurse forgot I was there until after I waited for almost two hours and she was reminded that she needed to do vitals. Was there almost 4 hours just to be told that they have no idea what was going on and to follow-up with my regular doctor. What a waste of time and money!!!
I had the flu and roughly 2 week I get a bill and payed it immediately then roughly 2 months later I get another bill saying that I owe them more money and now I am being forced to pay this. In my opinion they are just tring to get more money from me. I will not be back and I will turn people away from SSM in Jefferson City.
The people are very nice/I highly recommend this place to everyone.
I'm never going back. I had a good experience with the day staff when I had a sick friend admitted. I had a horrible experience and another horrible experience there. My three year old hurt herself, was misdiagnosed and sent to another hospital where they immediately sent her to a different area. We waited all night to find out that she was misdiagnosed and now have a pile of med bills. The doctor and nurse were hateful and very rough with her. I would like to let everyone know the Dr.Rocket has went above and beyond his job. and I would like to give him a special thank you from my family and I for his generosity with my baby girl the other night and gas money to Columbia hospital.
St. Mary's is a great hospital! Dr.Stephens & the nurses were wonderful in the ob and delivery. They made my fiance, mom, and I very comfortable and were very helpful during this tragic time of losing our baby. I made it 20 weeks before I ended up miscarrying. We are very grateful for what they did for us. We will definitely be back in the future.
Almost all of the people who have treated me were very respectful and thoughtful. However the billing staff are apparently trained pick pockets coming up with charges that were never done. Having a paid off account then a month later adding more charges that were covered in the paid off account. STAY AWAY FROM SSM HEALTH UNLESS YOU WANT TO HELP PAY OFF THEIR NEW HOTEL OUT THERE ON THE HILL..........
