My sister is in a wheelchair and went to ER tonight for high blood pressure. And no one to come get her tonight and they said since I can't come till 11 am then she is out of luck and she has to sit and wait in the waiting room all freaking night. I can't believe why the can't keep her overnight for observation with a blood pressure that high and when her regular doctor told her she is a stroke risk and if her blood pressure gets that high to go to ER.
The nursing staff was amazing to my 19 month old daughter the past few days. She was having trouble staying cooped up in her room so they brought her a wagon that we could pull her in. This is just one of the many kind things that we experienced at SSM St. Mary's Hospital. I highly recommend this hospital.
Wish there was a way I can help out. I really hope that i can help out with this great hospital that has a great staff there. Merry Christmas and Happy New year's
My Mom had 3 out patient procedures done on Monday. December 12,2016. She was treated with respect and was able to keep as much dignity as possible. The staff was very professional. The dinning hall needs an adjustment to the servers behind the counter. Food just good. Kitchen staff needs to be adjusted. Over all I would without a doubt recommend this hospital to anyone.
