I had knee surgery this morning. It was done out-patient. Everybody took very good care of me. Everybody was very professional. Had no problems at all except for my veins not wanting to get the IV in. A special thank you to Ericka for taking excellent care of me. She did an awesome job!! BRAVO!!! God bless you Ericka!!! They took wonderful care of my wife. Thanks to the ER staff and the staff on 5th floor, especially Ashley and Diana. You made her comfortable, giving her the much needed rest.
My mom came in last night for a dislocated knee, and the front desk person told my scared little nine year old brother that he couldn't see our mom. My step dad came and let us back. Plus when my mom had a allergic reaction to the meds she was given, it took them 30 minutes to get her benadryl even though her nurse was sitting behind the nurse's station on her phone. I always went to y'all because of nice day staff. Your night people are jerks.
Setting in e.r. with an injured husband. Can't leave and go somewhere else because you all are charging for the lack of treatment he is receiving. And can't even treat his pain. Hope no one who takes a baseball bat to an elbow has to sit in this much pain for over 2 hours and still counting! Never will come back here after this. This is horrible patient care!!!
The care we received at St. Mary's following a very difficult event was kind and compassionate as well as top notch medical care. Their staff's compassion made a very difficult time bearable.
