My experience was with the medical clinic on Truman. Really polite staff, but I didn't appreciate being lied to in regards to what my insurance covers. I was told that my insurance wouldn't cover a procedure and after calling to check I found out otherwise. I don't recommend breaking your patients trust in the future. Not a good way to start out. Went to the ER today with bad pain on my right side. Female doctor that cared for me was absolutely rude and very uncaring.
well my son was up there for a week with a staff infection and got good service. But the billings ducks very badly we wer charged $57,000 and by the time the insurance paid $21,000 left a balance of $36,000 and we meet our deductible and fax the bill to Elap which takes care of sent it to a lawyer and the lawyer sent them a letter and told them not to contact us well they sent another letter demand the money and phone calls from and it's not the only thing JCMG DONT EVEN USE THE INSURANCE THEY SAID THEY USE BUT THE INSURANCE... read more
