Took our 6 month old that has RSV in to the ER. Waited 2.5 hours and never saw a doctor. Finally we were told that the doctor was busy with critical patients. The nurse was the only positive in the whole experience. This place is a shithole and if you’re in need of any emergency care look elsewhere.
RecommendedI want to say a big Thank You to St. Mary's Hospital here in JCMO for their outstanding care and compassion. We lost my brother-in-law today and they allowed his dog to say goodbye to him. It's a testament to the level of care one receives during such difficult times. Thank you again!
My husband had surgery and the entire staff from Volunteers, Receptionist, Pharmacist, Nurses, Doctors, etc where fantastic. Thank you for taking such good care of my husband.
we called ahead, they were right on point, they got my daughter to labor and delivery quickly to make sure the baby was ok due to her falling
My daughter had an awful experience at this hospital last week and very poor care,would not recommend
The nurse Sondra in pediatrics on floor 3 was absolutely wonderful with my daughter!
Received physical therapy from Lori Graham on some lower back issues. Highly recommend Lori, she is pleasant, professional, and her program helped tremedously. She listened and helped me manage my daily life without telling me what I can't do. Im in a better place physically and mentally becasue of Loir.
this hospital is wonderful my mother has had the best care the staff is very helpful patient very careing and very respectful to the patients and very compassionate best hosptial in our community thank you ssm health
