Lovely practice, easy to get same day phone appointment, you dont get an out of order or gave to hang on the phone for an hour. Their system recognises your place in the queue and the receptionist calls you back. When I couldn't have access to phone during the day they listened and ensured I was offered after 5pm appointments. Dr's are helpful, nurses are great and very knowledgeable. Much better than my last GP practice that my husband is still with.

Only been waiting around 9 weeks for an urgent prescription for my gestational diabetes testing strips. Think I’ll go hypo and die before they actually sort it out. Called up last Thursday and a lady said she would send it to my pharmacy. Still not at the pharmacy. Worst thing is I came in to collected it weeks ago and they only gave me one of two parts of the prescription because some stupid doctor decided to hold on to it. Awful with no lack of urgency. I’ve had to borrow a testing kit from someone who has T1 diabetes.
