Terrible front desk people. Wouldn’t help me go to the bathroom and I can’t walk or hold the heavy door open. Trash!!!

RecommendedUrgent care, I received excellent care. Patrick was very professional, being very kind and considerate!! Sheri, PA was great too, she took the time for a through exam and explained everything to me. My problem was not resolved, but the excellent care I received definitely helped!!

Most of the nurses are worthless. They are rough with my mother and barely help her get around, and she has osteoporosis so it's agonizing for her. You have to beg for everything and do most of it yourself.
My regular location called me to offer pediatric services to help fill out a new doctor’s schedule. I obliged because the services needed to happen but I had yet to schedule them. Turn’s out the new doctor is out-of-network for my insurance and now I’m supposed to pay the full “cost” of the one (1) shot my child needed. With an office visit, just over $700. Thanks for lookin out Unity Point Health. 🙄. And here I was naive enough to think they cared.
