My husband went in to get checked for his heart and he's been waiting for two and a half hours now!! Not very fast at seeing patients in the emergency room!!���
I've been here almost 5 hours and they won't admit my daughter until she can provide a urine sample. They didn't bother to tell us that though until I asked what was taking so long. 5 hours and they only told me they were waiting for a room. Not helpful and a complete joke. I have bronchitis and have thrown up twice since I've been here, but I have to stay because no one bothered to tell us why we were waiting and rather than offer my kid fluid they just shut us up in a room.
St Luke's is really going down hill. Problems at dr sevenings office, and getting rid of your family planning center and the best OB around Lori Schumann. You guys have lost me forever. We will never be seen at any lukes ever. Wait times at ER are way to long. Mercy fast track is so much better.
Spent a week here after a lumbar spinal fusion. The staff was tremendous. I received excellent care. Dr. Hlavin, the nurses, techs, x-ray, dining services all made me feel valued.
