For many years I’ve always picked St.Lukes as my hospital of choice but after this visit I hate to say I’m gonna give Mercy a try! The staff I came across during this visit were uncaring, rude, very bad communication with everyone involved with my care! For me to have to sit all night and have to set my alarm clock for every 2hrs so I could ask for a breathing treatment since my oxygen level dropped to 85 when walking is unreal!
RecommendedHad surgery and recovery here. The surgical staff was awesome. The RNs and PCTs were great at caring, helping, motivating, and so much more. Should I ever need another surgery this is the place I'd want to be for recovery.
urgent care didn't give me any advice after care or advice on if/when I should go back to work. waste of money and time. should've seen an actual medical professional aka a doctor. now I have to make another appointment with a doctor to get a work release

I was very grateful for the NICU staff a couple of years ago. However, recent experience in surgery has shown me that staff doesn't listen to the patient and bedside manner is neglected along with common sense.
I live in Oregon and heard how bad they treat veterans by refusing medical care even though it was approved by the VA. DISGUSTING, DISGRACEFUL AND UNETHICAL. The greed is showing through.
