The nurses & drs did & do a great job! But as far as the cafeteria workers, the secretaries, an etc, most of them have bad attitudes & are very rude. Very very poor service. I couldn't believe it. I've heard nothing but good things about this hospital but he common decency just isn't there!
Our sweet girl had a tooth avulsion and was sent to St. Louis Children’s Hospital. We were visiting St. Louis for the day and were three hours from home, so we were all pretty scared. We are so incredibly fortunate we were connected with St. Louis Children’s. The entire team, and I mean every single employee we came across, was stellar. The ER was very carrying and attentive with our 2 month old son last night. All of the staff and doctors were wonderful.
We are so lucky to have this amazing hospital!! We have always received amazing care and have been going to SLCH for 14 years. Top notch.

The gi released my son without his oxygen supplies being approved. I can not believe this has happened and they have took a great liability if something happens to my son. My sons 02 levels drops at different times and I was under the understanding everything had been approved and signed the discharge papers until I talked to the people from lyncare... they hadn’t even received all the paperwork to get it approved! The discharge nurse told mr. niel he wasn’t scheduled for discharge til tomorrow! We have to spot check his o2 ... read more

RecommendedMy son was admitted over the weekend and everyone was so friendly, patient, and answered all of his questions. Thank you to everyone in the ER, 11th floor (Amber, Bri and Chelsea were all awesome, along with the rest of the nurses, doctors, and techs), and PAWS.

The ER staff are very polite. The timing is awful. We've been here since 10:45pm last night.. Its now 5:45am. Call lights been answered in a timely manner but no rechecks. Its always I will tell the Dr. We've not met the main Dr yet but are told she's working on something for us. So basically in our 7 hrs here, we've waited 3 hrs to even get back to an ER room and continue to wait in the ER room now. Only lab that's been completed was a ua.
