I came into the ER on Thursday at 10:30am. Everything was great until yesterday afternoon. I was diagnosed with a broken wrist and a compression fracture in my back. I was told yesterday morning that I needed a brace and to get up and walk before I could be released. I got the brace at 12pm and did my walk at 1:30pm. St Joseph’s saved my daughters life. She giggles and smiles because the staff there is so amazing and dedicated to their patients. The Pedatric Cardiac intensive care unit is the best! Thank you SJCH!!
Today a child’s mother was escorted off the property of St Jose Hospital by 2 security officers and a tampa bay police officer for making several demands to nursing staff to provide the scheduled medications to her son, whom just under went a second brain surgery yesterday. He has been the ICU for 3 weeks now. The nursing staff forgot to administer his medications again.
