They should be ashamed of themselves for their visitation policies due to “covid”. Not a single family member allowed in, they don’t offer testing or additional measures to do what most other hospitals and the TOP hospitals in the country are doing these days to allow limited visitors on a case by case. Er chose the “easy way out” and used dermabond on my child’s laceration instead of suturing it out of convince and it’s going to leave a much more prominent scar. If the injury wasn’t on his forehead then I wouldn’t have cared. Next time we’ll choose a different facility.

Was completely unsatisfied with my care and highly disappointed. Was discharged with acid reflux medication and less than two days later went to Lakeland regional and had surgery on an abscess in my throat that was closing off my airway. they completely acted as if they didn't care what my symptoms were and sent me away quick. pathetic

This is the WORST hospital in Polk county! I sat in the er waiting room with my 2 year old son for 2 hours while his ear bled because of a laceration! When I decided to leave it was already starting to scab up and at that point there is no reason to try to have it stitched up! On top of that one of the TRIAGE nurses violated patients HIPPA rights twice while I was there by talking about the patient very loudly in the waiting room with another co worker! This hospital deserves to be SUED!
