Rude RNs, and false hope about going home for almost a week

I will NEVER use the pediatric ER at St.Joseph main again. The “RN” was extremely rude and completely inefficient. After arriving with my 15 year old son in a wheelchair vomiting, which I got myself because they had no valet, she refused to help me complete registration unless I filled out paperwork. Well, since I did not have my glasses it was a problem. So I asked her if she could read questions to me and I will fill.
