My daughter was brought to your ER after a motorcycle accident a couple of days ago and she was informed she had a broken humerus and was sent home in a sling with percocet. She was in such pain and had excessive swelling in her left arm and wrist. She went to another hospital today and was informed doesn't have a fractured humerus. The ball joint in her left shoulder is shattered and her left wrist is also fractured. This is gross incompetence on the part your ER staff. She doesn't have insurance so she didn't get the treat... read more

My niece was taken to your ER after a motorcycle wreck, since she did not have insurance your staff put her in a sling and sent her home with pain meds. Well the ball in her shoulder joint is shattered and she is now at a good hospital where they are doing surgery. Very uncaring and greed based in my opinion.

I am leaving the emergency room and heading home, but I really wanted to say that while everyone was friendly and prompt and took my feelings into consideration as a patient my most memorable night will be the nurse that I had and his name is Ryan he has great bedside mannerism. So if anyone reads this please let him know people like him make the world of difference with our experience within the hospital.

My niece was just born here and the nurse is extremely rude. I will never bring myself if family here.

When my youngest son was only a few months old, he went here to have surgery for pyloric stenosis. He was way less than his birth weight due to the pyloric stenosis, and thanks to the doctor and the staff he had a speedy surgery and a full recovery. Once we were home, we even got a card in the mail from the staff, just to show they care. 💕 My youngest son, Mason, is now almost 3 years old and healthy as can be. Thank you to all the staff at St. Joseph's! I don't recommend any other place to my friends or family in need.
