Spent over two years battling cancer at the hospital had surgery’s spent a lot of time and money at this place so now instead of treating you like a patient or a customer they are now treating you like a prisoner or a inmate it’s a shame that when you walk into a hospital and all you see is guards and law enforcement if I knew that the winter haven hospital was going to be a democratic hospital I would have started my treatments at the moffet cancer center it’s a shame that they will not let a visitor with a patient so basic... read more
RecommendedAll went better than expected, from my entrance into the lobby and everyone I met including the nurse who prep me for surgery. Everyone was top notch 100 % 5 star service. I was made to feel comfortable and put at ease.

Hello I am very angry with that hospital, because today I had an appointment at 9 am .. I arrived at 8.30 am .. and at 9 am I informed the employee of the frustration she speaks Spanish .. I told her I am urinating, I cannot take it I need , take care of me, she told me that was not her problem .. she did not know why they did not attend me, at 9.41 she came to my seat to tell me that they were in an operation, and they could not attend me within 15 more minutes .. of course I did not believe anything .. pure lie .. bad job ... read more
