I have had two procedures at the Heart Institute. Both times the staff from check in all the way to my surgeon have been top notch. Very professional and willing to answer all my questions. They went out of their way to make my family and myself comfortable during these times. Highly recommend.

The staff is great. They know on what goes on. My girlfriend goes there if she does have any problems and they take care of her professional! They do same to me as well! Keep up the excellent work y'all! I will never go to any other hospital. Bay Care St Joe is Number 1 in my books!
They take very good care of me when I go into the ER. I have had to go in three times this year. It's never fun go into the ER but they me feel better about it. They are a great hospital.

This was my first time having to actually stay at St.josephs. I've been a patient several times and have ALWAYS had a bad experience. Although if test we're done the 1st time I visted the ER I could have avoided coming back weeks later with the same pain but worse. I have always felt worse after leaving here because of the total care was horrible from the Doctors, Nurses, and all the staff. I have to say Dr. Brian P.
