I think the hospital is horrible. Some of the nurses are absolutely horrible
Longest wait ever...been here over 6 hrs in the waiting room...its bull. when every single person that came in after me got treated and released while now the waiting room is almost empty
By far the BEST experience!! The entire staff was sooo informative and took GREAT care of my dad! FANTASTIC JOB!!!! While in the waiting room the nurses kept all friends and family informed throughout the whole day also had volunteers come in to play live music, brought in a doggy to say hello to all of us and the recliners.... AWESOOOOOME IDEA!!!
First of all, I would like to start out by saying that this is ONLY being addressed to the emergency department. I am completely appalled by the way that this department is ran. Unfortunately I had the opportunity of seeing first hand how terrible this department is. My father unfortunately was staying in the D wing for heart complications and my family and I were there visiting with him when my mother had a sudden turn for the worse and we had to rush her to the ER for treatment due to low blood pressure and high blood suga... read more
The office in Baldwinsville never answers the phone nor faxed any records my doctors asked for a month ago
This Hospital has kept my parents from dying on several occasions. The staff is great especially the nurses.
I was in the hospital from 4/22/16 - 4/24/16, I was on the fourth floor one, my room was 411 W. I would like to say that all of the staff were amazing, mostly I remember Susan W., Gabby, Nick, Bonnie,Ryan and Sue H.each person made me feel that I was most important patient on the floor and some even cheered me on as I would walk after surgery. My grandmother recently spent a short time prior to her passing on 2-8...Oh my I could say so much but I will just be brief and to the point. Half of the nurses version of nursing comfort care is sloppy at best. Very scattered, requests going unanswered or simply forgotten about, nurses openly talking about they can't wait for their shifts to end while my grandmother is in 2812 dieing. I had my gallbladder out and a lil over a month I am back cause I got an infection from them doing my surgery. And the nurses treat you like a step child
