I'm just not happy I feel like no one cares and no one listening to me

This was our first experience at St Joe's. I was very pleased with the professionalism of all the staff. They were very kind, caring and understanding of our needs. I've been in Healthcare for 30 yrs and have always been treated with respect. My husbands nurses were the best. Kristy on the 3rd floor, I can't praise her or thank her enough for her outstanding professionalism. All hospitals need nurses like her.

All my family has gone to St.Joseph's my dad just passed away there in September.They where great with him and our family.
Big changes observed yesterday when I took my brother in for back surgery. I had two back surgeries in the '90's and my baby in '97 at St.Joe's. I had a good experience back then. I'm not good with change, but was very pleased with all the changes at the hospital I observed yesterday, and by the way my brother was treated yesterday by all staff in every area pre-surgery.
