RecommendedI love it here!!! The staff is INCREDIBLE!!!! I have been in a room since Thursday, and am not sure when I get to go home, and I have met the most AWESOME PEOPLE!!! Kunjana and Amy are INCREDIBLE!!!!! They’re my buddies right now!!!!! So thank you for making a not great situation a fun one for me!!!!❤️❤️❤️
My Aunt had taken my grandfather to the E.R. for sever Diaherria and sore throat, they couldn't get iv in, so gave up, gave him anti diarrhea pills and nausea pills,and some water, didnt even check his throat, set him home. He went home still very sick, and currently in tri state ICU with renal kidney failure, SO IF ST JOES HAD TAKEN THE TIME TO GIVE HIM THE CARE HE NEEDED, HE VERY WELL MAYBE NOT BE AS SICK AS HE IS.
Bad service the provider didn’t even come in my room he stood in the doorway.
Hospital a total wreck since rcch took over. Nurses being treated so badly they're working on unionization. Pharmacy gutted to the point that mistakes are happening so often the nurses have to triple check every drug order. Moral lowest I've seen in the last 20 years.
Has the rudest nursing staff i ever encountered at any medical facilities ive ever been to. Its amazing how many i counted in just one section of the hospital.
I visited the emergency room in February of this year. My insurance was billed and I paid the remaining balance. Yesterday I received a notice from a collections agency reference my visit. It was never once mentioned that I would be billed twice: Once by St Joes, and once by a separate company for the same services/visit. Not only that, but I NEVER received a bill from this second company.
They told my daughter she had anxiety when it was her gallbladder disease and stone in the bio duck to the liver. Im gonna find out what we can do about it. She had no insurance that's the reason they didn't want to treat her.
Staff was pleasant and helpful. Our plastic surgeon was wonderful. And I appreciated he was down to earth and talked to me. He explained everything he was doing and why to both of us. And was very patient with my daughter who is 8 and was of course freaked out about getting stitches. (Came in for bone deep laceration to the forehead).
I had a Lumbar Microdiscectomy by a great Doctor, Dr Dietrich, he and his staff were amazing! And Darren, Sharon, Jamie, Terry, we're all so wonderful and took such great care of me. Thank you St Joes!
