Fantastic staff in labor and delivery! always cheerful and very helpful. Even with all this coronavirus stuff and hospital restrictions happening the staff was as business as usual as they could be.
My dad was brought in for slurring his words and having zero balance. He has a brain injury and can be difficult at times. Never violent, just not the most cooperative. In order to not have to deal with him, he was given dilaudid with NO COMPLAINT OF PAIN! He doesn't even have pain receptors because that area of his brain is damaged. On top of the dilaudid he was given haldol so they wouldn't have to deal with him. My recommendation would be to opt for client centered vs money or greed centered. My husband is utilizing your cancer center and has been told he will be cut off from treatment due to your inability to reach an agreement with Regence. He has never missed a payment. When I worked in your facility years ago it was more faith based and client centered. Continuity of care and not abandoning clients were ethical, moral and legal considerations. I wonder if they still are?
I am pretty satisfied with health Care. This is in regards to the gift shop. The Elizabeth Shop. I was happy and excited to buy some awesome stuff for the holidays today until I noticed employees were watching me like a hawk, 1 staff member barely cracked a smile and other customers were graciously greeted. I couldn't help but feel that if my skin was a lighter shade, I would've been graciously greeted and welcomed! Shame on the staff, there is no reason, that store is not big or busy! We took in our 5 year old son and first dr diagnosed him with pneumonia based off x rays he had taken... about 3 or 4 days later we take him back in cause he was getting worse the dr who saw him that time looked at the first drs X-ray and didn’t feel it was pneumonia told me it was a virus and couldn’t do nothing for him.... then a week later take him back in again and that dr has a new x ray taken and his lung is what they called white out lung due to pneumonia and has him life flighted to sacred heart children’s hospital 9... read more
