RecommendedJust a shout out to the amazing team in the ER last night. The team was phenomenal in supporting my little guy. You could tell they worked as a unit and everyone was all on the same page which absolutely was supportive for me as the parent. The responsiveness, compassion, level of care was all so appreciated.
First the folks working there were rude and u professional. then they were sold and I was impressed with the service my husband received, you could tell that the staff had received some customer service training. Then they were sold again, the ER Dr is complaining about the unnecessary and ridiculous covid precautions because you know that's not a real thing AND then they sent me the same 3 bills in 2 weeks. THIS GREAT PLACE! GRANDPA BENNION SCREAMING HAVE INFECTION OF TO MUCH YEAST IN HIMS BACKSIDE. THEY TRY POUR MEDECINE IN HIM. HE SCREAM LIKE BANSHEE AND TRY DIVE INTO SOIL LINENS. FINALLY HE CALM DOWN THEY RUB HIMS JOHNSON CALM HIM DOWN THEY THEN HAVE CURE THE YEAST.

My mother was in St. Joseph Regional Medical Center the end of July through Aug 4th. The nurses were phenomenal. The issue that was abysmal was that there was a Covid patient right down the hall. Mom was on the 4th floor in the recovery and joint replacement wing. Why would a nationally owned for profit hospital that has enough space to isolate the Covid patients choose to mix them with the rest of the patients? while the majority of St. Joe's is highly professional, they do have a case manager there who has a fundamental misunderstanding of how Covid-19 works and poses a serious health risk to everyone else.

They have done great by me during this covid19. two kidney operations and two total knees.Thanks for the new lease on life.
