I just had outpatient surgery and can't say enough good things about the staff. I especially loved my nurse Shannon. She had a wonderful knack for putting you at ease. And when my CNA Kaitlyn overheard me say I had a phobia of needles, she came in to talk to me so I could focus on her while getting my IV. Same goes for Dr. Bigsby. She answered all our questions and put me at ease. Thank you ladies. I appreciate you more than you know. Kathie Marion

Great people and pretty good food in the cafeteria. Also the guy that does their walk off program is AMAZING. 😬
Doctors and nurses rude for the most part. People at the front desk are usually nice, but they're not the ones your health is at the mercy of. Most, if not all, of their equipment is outdated and doesn't work. Way too many student/trainee nurses/doctors/technicians as opposed to real ones who actually know what they're doing. (Not that the real ones are much better.) Expect to get taken advantage of if you have no (or bad) insurance. They used to be okay, but the quality of everything went way downhill with these new owners.
the nurses and doctors at St Joe's provides top notch care for patients and their families! I have never once had an interaction with one person working there that wasn't positive and kind!
I have had two surgeries by Dr. Ho. Each time the staff made me feel not only that I was in excellent hands, but that they cared for me. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH. It was a great comfort to me.
This is a sad excuse for a place of healing as they "treated" a relative who was involuntarily admitted when they were under mental anguish and staff never made a concerted effort to help. Then later on they sued due to the bill not being repaid (still a user then), and the bill was exorbitant for four days of BS "treatment" and this person was still dealing with recovery from opioid addiction, and had temporarily lost custody of a child. St. Joe's is a very unprofessional and uncaring place.
