Took my other half he got his heel ran over by a 50lb cart at work they xrayed and said looked fine but he's in alot of pain and don't feel fine to him and to get him to go be seen is hard so has no history of going alot but got treated like he's there all the time and they need to take off old medications he don't take anymore and quit judging before they evaluate. He's still in alot of pain but didn't like how he got treated and has other health issues and can't take what they told him to go home and take but its not them ... read more
Went into the quick care for spilling boiling hot top ramen water on my stomach. I showed up at 11:20 am and was out by 12:15 pm. While shitting in the room waiting, my door was open and I could here one off the staff say very rudely about me, " this is why you shouldn't eat top ramen, it is so bad for you." This was very unprofessional and rude. Especially being in this kind of profession. Other than this it was a very quick visit for being how busy it was. The staff was very friendly. However, I won't be going back there
They were SUPER busy in the back, but I know the drill all to well from working in a hospital from my home town. What needs to happen, is the front (admitting clerks) need to be informed be informed of a wait time, then they can advise patients. I try not to get annoyed when I go in. Remember you are going to an emergency room! The admitting staff, need to listen to their patients a little better then what I was, when I went in. I can only speak for my experience which was very good. The wait inthe ER wasn't excessive, I was seen promptly and received the proper care. I was then admitted, and had very good care by the staff who were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable .
Thank God for St joes cardiovascular dr ho he saved my dad
ER admission folks were great. What is wrong with the rest who all just felt the need to sit as my daughter is screaming in agonizing pain. A nurse was sent to get Motrin and doc to write a prescription. Not a 20 min deal. We walked out to say the least and not one person said a word. Not happy!
