Took my daughter into the ER tonight. Every single staff member that we encountered was nice and helpful! 👍🏼👍🏼 👏🏼👏🏼
Two separate ER visits and even though the hospital is in network they assigned out of network doctors both times. They had our insurance on hand before being admitted. This is an unethical business practice and takes advantage of the patient. Will be spreading the word on surrounding city websites.

The best hospital is Mission Hospital!
I've had a couple surgeries there I think care is good. I don't think they like communicating with insurance companies, I got bills for 13000 and 39000 that were both mistakes and the big one took seven months to fix. I cannot wait to see this nasty insurance system destroyed, I am so tired of it. But Mission care has been good so far.
The ER is completely incompetent. My dementia grandmother spent all day (6am-7pm) at this place. They said they checked for UTI and impaction. This was 2 weeks ago. They said nothing was wrong other than her dementia. They left her urine sample on the table the whole time. We even found a vial of someone else's blood on the floor! They refused to admit her and let her leave. We got her to Virginia and she was admitted to a real hospital for UTI and massive impaction. They said she's been that way for weeks.
