Mercy Hospital of Folsom. They load patients in hallway and don’t care about HIPAA laws. They will say what type and dose of medication you are going to take with your full name a birthday. While in the hallway you lay there with no privacy. This needs to 🛑! If you are there for mental health they will tell you. “ If you don’t behave we can make this worse for you and send you to the county mental health ward.” Also guards are not trained in proper holds. “We use the same holds cops use!” Seems like a great way to treat men... read more
RecommendedWonderful care taking staff. Nice facility and service. And what to say for Dr. Danial Anderson!!! Extremity and infinity endless stars. Thanks to the doctor and staff and the management. Knee pain is gone.

My mom has been brought to this ER 3 times via ambulance. Each experience worst than the other. Not a great impression - is this the image you want the community to have of the hospital. How about a little compassion and kindness - rather than uptight robots.
