Why would you use your lowest budget, non-area standard bids to build a medical care center? Every price matches the quality of Goods/Service sold.
If and only if you want this project be done on time and on budget, I would really look at the history of your subs! Quality craftsmanship is found when workers receive fair wages and healthcare along with 4 years apprenticeship training!
Why would a hospital even allow a contractor that does not PROVIDE health insurance to all their employees on all their projects bid on these projects. Do the right thing and demand the use of responsible contractors.
Building a healthcare facility. Utilizing contractors that provide benefits should be a high priority. Do the right thing.
