I broke my tibia 🦴 in June had surgery in July went to ER in sept and the emergency room doctor sent me to X-ray the man dropped the X-ray board on my knee and it split open causing hella pain they did absolutely nothing and wouldn’t give me the incident report since then I have been in wound care and orthopedic appointment every week I
This hospital really needs to retrain their financial department. They could not answer any of my questions regarding the contracted rates between them and my insurance and kept insisting my insurance would know. Which is incorrect as the contracted rate is determined by the hospital not my insurance and the contracted rate could change any minute. Please rethink who you have running your financial department and make sure they are properly trained.

RecommendedBest and only hospital I will go to. They actually care you and your health. They were the ones to help me figure out what was wrong with me. Well turns out I have MS and now I’m getting the help I need because of them. And if I relapse and have flare they always help me and make me as comfortable as possible.
RecommendedMGH care has been top notch in serving my 93 year old Father. They have done everything possible in caring for his infection & not worried about “getting him out too early” like their other facility. Dr LaBRiolla has been awesome as have all their staff. Though not close to our house, its been worth the extra drive time!

Why do you have people who are severely immunosuppressed and getting daily infusions, check in at the ER on weekends? I waited 45 minutes to simply check in for my daily infusion because there is only 1 person in the entire hospital who is capable of doing that and has many other duties as well. I would think that the the ER is the least desirable place in the entire hospital to put to put people with highly compromised immune systems to wait for something that has nothing to do with the ER.
