breakfast at 8 is way too late...stop stop the practice of letting inexperienced staff do ivy insertions
My mom was admitted yesterday and I came by at 10:30 today to visit her. All I could hear and feel was loud hammering and the room shaking underneath me. There is major construction going on and obviously there is no consideration for patient care and health. There is no way you can rest or sleep with the continual banging and pipes rattling underneath the room. They shouldn’t even charge Medicare full price as Motel 6 would provide a better service.
The people in Cardiology were amazing. They each went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Everyone here was SO kind. I really was impressed!
Stop sending paid or forgiven bills to collection before they call me.
The only complaint I have is when we need a nurse to come to the room, we have to wait sometime 10 minutes before they even answer the call button. When they do, as we are letting them know what we need they hang up. Very frustrating. Push the button again and again another waiting game. This must change!
