RecommendedJust wanted to give a shout out to the ER staff, nursing staff, and doctor Chang for the care they provided to me Thursday afternoon thru Saturday afternoon when I was released. To the RN staff (Crystal, Allision, and Mariah) that did an outstanding job during my recovery process. I appreciated the kind words and genuine concern for my overall health. To an active duty service member, you folks are the unsung heroes who keep the surrounding community afloat. Thank you for your service.
Absolutely not! This was the day my blood pressure was 275 over 179 and they sent me home the same day. I told them I couldn’t breath and I had chest pressure. They did no tests and told me to see my cardiologist...same thing happened 2 weeks earlier...and I was doing all the heart tests. I told them repeatedly that It was not my heart, but a blood clot in my lung. 3 months later when nothing had changed and they wanted to do invasive heart tests I refused and had a cat scan. RecommendedEveryone we met was so kind and professional. This was my daughters first surgery, so she was very nervous. Everyone put her at ease and explained everything. They were all very knowledgeable and explained everything very carefully and made sure we understood all the instructions. I will most certainly return to Mercy Gilbert in the future if the need arises.
