Just took my daughter there for a seizure and they rushed her and pushed het out so they could clean the room. Lied to us about calling an ambulance this morning. I had to call the hornell pd to get an ambulance. I am fileing a complaint today and strongly recommend people go to a different hospital. This is not the first time i have had an issue there.
They are very rude and I want want with bad pain in my left breast and the take x-rays and and a e kg and give one Tylenol and tell me to home can the can not help me. The leave half my paper blank. And then a work called her and she was very rude to my husband wich I sing paperwork say the can talk to him. He is a rev. So I were you I will not go to any of St James place.
A little bit late but I was referred by my PCP about 4 weeks' ago for an allergic reaction that they were concerned about. A full emergency room and I was in and out in in less than an hour with my problem I had been dealing with for a month solved! A huge thank you to Michele Covell Ranger, Jen and Dr. Robshaw for great service and a healthy me! So happy to have such great people in our community!
