The staff in the er have taken good care of me and when I had galbladder out as well and maternity ward too thank you so much
Grandson was in an accident about a month ago. The ER checked him out and sent him home saying he was all good. Later that day we had to take him to Corning. They found a list an arm length long wrong the St James missed. I wouldn't take a sick dog to that hospital.
Just.... insensitive staff. I felt ignored most of the time in the er and could hear them gossiping outside my room for hours. The only good thing about this hospital was the adult mental ward and they shut it down.
MY FIRST MAJOR SURGERY. A BIG SHOUT OUT AND GROUP HUG TO PULLMAN BIRTHING CENTER. DR SEN VERY CARING COMPASSIONATE DOCTOR WONDERFUL BEDSIDE MANNER +++!! THE NURSES UNDERSTOOD MY QUEAZINESS TOWARDS HAVING A DRAINING DEVICE THAT RESEMBLED A GRENADE. I RECOMMEND THE CARROT CAKE AND POTATO SALAD. BUT THE TELEPHONE OPERATOR NEEDS SENSITIVITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. MY PHONE DIDNT WORK AND SHE DISPLAYED APATHETIC ATTITUDE, ACTED ANNOYED WHEN I NEEDED TO UPDATE MY FAMILY ON MY CONDITION.
