Recommendedthey were quick at getting my husband in and they were all kind and attentive especially Nora she was very helpful and pleasant.
I absolutely love Dr. Robshaw and the ER staff. I was provided with reliable and understandable information. I was treated with respect and received appropriate care. The nursing staff was compassionate and professional.
I have to say the care that my son received recently at Urgent Care was amazing. They worked quickly to get us in and out and were so polite and caring, and when I needed to switch his medicine I called and they quickly took care of what we needed and sent in a new script. If you need some care and your primary is closed, go to Urgent Care.

We have always had prompt service at the ER. I have had 2 surgeries the past year and Had great care. It was nearly painless. I have been taking Cardiac rehab lately and the team is awesome!
Had an infected cyst to get drained or at least ultrasounded at the ER. Now I've had this same cyst drained before at a college health center and it was fine. They numbed me multiple places and I didn't even feel the blade make the incision. Went to St. James to get it checked out and they decided to drain it which was fine. their systems of management everyday improves the hospital..... anytime I visit the state will cum and visit the hospital management...... very solid team work
Was just here took good 1 hour and a half for a doctor to actually see me and then another 1 hour and a half. For them to tell me I need a ultra sound. Never contacted the girl for the ultrasound. So she came and asked if they were making me drink to have a bladder said no. So 3 hours a waste for absolutely nothing and them sitting on there ass.
