Good selection of carpets, however not good service and poor fitting. The measurements they took for our downstairs carpet were incorrect so they patched it together and I was honestly shocked at the end of the day when they said the install was complete (the boss was even the one who installed it). Also left quite a mess for me to clear up including cut off parts of metal carpet strip which were very sharp - a worry when they knew we had a toddler and dog in the house. St James Carpets. Local buisness. Easy to get there. Easy to find a parking space. For me? I like to support local buisnesses. You are greeted with politeness. Plenty of choice. They arrange to come to your home to measure up. The carpet fitters are dedicated to their work. In fact they worked non- stop. I was very pleasd with my new carpets. Highly recommend!
