St Ives Decor have worked on my house in south London twice. The first time was 2016 and they rescued my house from the botched work of a complete Irish "cowboy" builder called Aidan. The second time was in Oct/Nov 2022 following a fire in my utility room that caused significant smoke damage throughout the house. I got three quotations and Ross came out in the middle. Sadly an unfinished job in which I could not get a response from Ross to finish my tiling. The work that was done (whole new kitchen) was good but now I am stuck with missing tiles that that he said he was going to do. Completely disappointed after a good start to the job. Would not recommend based on the frustration I experienced.
Ross and the guys did a great job, quote was very detailed and reasonable and they finished on schedule. They were very professional and handled the trickier parts of a renovation (I.e. neighbours) very well.
I have used Ross from St Ives Decor for a number of home projects since 2020. Ross and his team have installed a new bathroom, a new kitchen, a Victorian style tiled front path and most recently new garden fences. I am really impressed with the quality of work and the friendly and polite interactions with his team whilst the work is being done, who leave my home in a tidy state at the end of each day.
