Despite complaining to the practice manager about a certain Doctor, nothing has been done. And surprise, surprise, my dad had an appointment this morning with a lady Doctor, only for it to be changed and for him to be seen by the doctor I Complained about. I asked for this doctor not to be involved in my parent’s care! I am now considering taking further action and seeking advice from integrated care board. Awful place, no continuity of care.
